1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Alltion website, platform, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.
2. Description of the Services
Alltion provides tools and resources intended to support data analysis and decision-related activities for individuals and businesses. The specific features, functionality, and availability of the Services may change over time, and Alltion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with Alltion. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
Certain features of the Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Alltion promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
— Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or related systems;
— Using the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
— Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services;
— Copying, reselling, or redistributing any part of the Services without prior written consent;
— Uploading or transmitting any content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
Alltion reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these provisions.
6. Fees and Payment
Where the Services include any paid features, the applicable fees, billing cycle, and payment terms will be presented to you prior to purchase. All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Alltion reserves the right to change its pricing, subject to reasonable prior notice, and such changes will not affect amounts already paid for a current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and other materials made available through the Services are the property of Alltion or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such materials other than the limited right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
8. User Content
If the Services allow you to submit, upload, or otherwise provide content, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, you grant Alltion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by Alltion. Alltion assumes no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party resources, and your use of such resources is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third party's own terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Alltion does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor does it guarantee any particular outcome or result from your use of the Services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alltion and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Alltion's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to Alltion for the Services in the period giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alltion, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
Alltion may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including in the event of a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.
14. Changes to these Terms
Alltion may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Alltion operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This section is provided as a general placeholder and should be adapted to reflect the specific jurisdiction applicable to your business.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
